Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, you must:

   Log in to your ZEP360® Admin Dashboard.

   Navigate to Settings > Billing > Subscription.
3. 3.
   Click on "Cancel Subscription". Alternatively, you may email a formal cancellation request to billing@zep360.com. Email requests must be received at least 3 business days prior to your next renewal date to ensure processing.

1.2. Effect of Cancellation

  No Immediate Cut-Off: If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle (e.g., you pay for the full month of January but cancel on January 10th), your account will remain active until the end of that billing cycle (January 31st).

  Non-Renewal: You will not be charged for the following billing cycle.

  Data Retention: Upon the final effective date of cancellation, your account will move to a "Suspended" state. We retain your data for 30 days as a courtesy to allow for reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

2.1. Monthly Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds for Monthly Subscriptions. Because the service is available for use immediately upon payment, all monthly fees are non-refundable. This applies even if:

  You did not use the software during the month.

  You forgot to cancel before the renewal date.

2.2. Annual Subscriptions

We understand that committing to a year is a significant decision. Therefore, we offer a strict 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Annual Plans only.

  Within 7 Days: If you cancel within 7 calendar days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund.
• •
  After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued. The service will continue until the end of the 12-month term.

2.3. Free Trials

If you sign up for a Free Trial, you will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. We generally do not refund charges resulting from a failure to cancel a free trial on time.
