AI Disclaimer & Usage Policy

1.1. Probabilistic, Not Deterministic

You acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence systems are probabilistic in nature. Unlike a standard calculator that always outputs 2+2=4, AI models generate responses based on statistical probability and patterns found in data.

  Possibility of Error: The AI may occasionally generate incorrect, misleading, or nonsensical information (commonly known as "Hallucinations").

  No Guarantee: Codezep makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated by ZEP360 Copilot.

1.2. "Copilot" Role

The AI is designed to act as an assistant ("Copilot"), not a commander ("Autopilot"). It is intended to support human decision-making, not replace it.

2.1. Construction & Engineering

  Structural Integrity: You must not use AI-generated responses to validate structural load calculations, architectural stability, or material stress tests without independent verification by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

  Safety Protocols: While the AI may suggest safety checklists (e.g., "PPE requirements for roof work"), it does not replace the judgment of an on-site Safety Officer. Codezep is not liable for accidents resulting from reliance on AI suggestions.

2.2. Financial Estimation

  Cost Overruns: AI-generated cost estimates, budget forecasts, and material quantity takeoffs are approximations. Market volatility and site-specific conditions are outside the AI's control. Codezep is not responsible for financial losses or budget overruns derived from AI predictions.

2.3. Legal & Compliance

  Contract Review: If the AI summarizes a contract or highlights risky clauses, this does not constitute legal advice. You must have all legal documents reviewed by qualified counsel.

4.1. Your Data Stays Yours

  No Public Training: Codezep does not use your proprietary Customer Data (e.g., your blueprints, client lists, financial margins) to train public Large Language Models (LLMs) accessible by other companies.

  Isolation: AI models used for your account are finetuned or prompted within a secure boundary, ensuring your insights remain private to your organization.

4.2. Third-Party Processing

ZEP360® may utilize enterprise-grade APIs from third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI Enterprise, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) to process your queries.

  These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their base models.

  Data sent to these providers is transient and encrypted in transit.

5.1. Ownership

To the extent permitted by law, you own the Output generated by the AI based on your specific Input (prompts and data).

5.2. Non-Infringement

Due to the nature of generative AI, different users may receive identical or similar outputs if they provide similar prompts. You acknowledge that such similar outputs do not constitute copyright infringement by Codezep.
