1.2. Limitation of Structural Safety

Codezep is not responsible for the structural integrity, safety, or habitability of any building, structure, or project managed using the Platform. Any reliance on the software for critical safety calculations is strictly prohibited.

2.1. Predictive Nature of Estimates

The "Cost Estimator," "Budget Forecast," and "Material Quantity Takeoff" features utilize historical data and user inputs to generate predictions.

  Variables: Actual project costs may vary significantly due to market volatility, labor shortages, unforeseen site conditions, material wastage, and inflation.

2.2. Tax and GST Calculations

While the Platform may assist in calculating taxes (e.g., GST, VAT), Codezep is not a tax advisor or accounting firm.

4.2. Human Verification Required

You agree strictly NOT to rely solely on AI-generated outputs for:

6.1. Material Prices

If the Platform displays live or cached material prices (e.g., "Price of Steel per Ton"), this data is aggregated from third-party sources. Codezep does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or availability of these prices.

6.2. External Links

The Platform may integrate with third-party software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tally, Primavera). Codezep is not responsible for errors, data corruption, or downtime caused by these third-party services.
